Free marketing dashboard

When you register, we collect your name, account email, phone, country, region, city, business name, website, business type, goals, and any budget you provide. Your business profile, tool inputs, saved results, AI conversations, and dashboard activity details are encrypted at rest in our database. Authorised PulseGrid administrators can decrypt them to provide support and review your business needs. Encryption is not anonymity: account email, password hashes, record IDs, tool names, event types, and timestamps are stored separately by WordPress or as record metadata.

We record meaningful dashboard actions such as signup, login, sections opened, profile changes, analyses, AI questions, enquiries, and administrator reviews. We do not record passwords or keystrokes. Activity details are retained for the period shown in your dashboard; saved analyses remain until you delete them or request erasure. Marketing messages require a separate optional choice, which you can withdraw in your business profile.

Ask Prizmo sends your question and recent chat context to OpenAI only after your AI-processing consent. You may separately opt to include selected business context. We do not automatically include your personal name, phone, or account email in AI context. The API request uses store:false; provider security and retention policies can still apply. AI replies may be incorrect and are not a live inspection of your accounts or website.

You can download your dashboard records, delete individual results, and contact PulseGrid for account deletion or privacy requests. Existing contact, audit, and career forms are separate submission records and may be emailed to the team. Their existing storage and email handling are separate from encrypted dashboard records. Signed-in contact and audit requests also receive an encrypted copy in Saved results.

Shop orders and private Ecommerce records

When you buy from the public PulseGrid shop, WooCommerce stores order items, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, payment references and order status in WordPress. These shop records and public product pictures are separate from PulseGrid’s encrypted Business Hub records. Your chosen payment provider processes payment details under its own policies. We do not store raw card details in the Business Hub. Order emails and delivery information may be shared with the services needed to fulfil your purchase.

The private Ecommerce panel stores the product and sales records you manually add for each business, including private pictures and customer details, using the same encryption as your other Business Hub records. Authorised PulseGrid administrators can view them to provide support. They are not published to the public shop or automatically sent to Prizmo. Account-data exports and privacy requests include these private records; WooCommerce handles shop purchase exports and erasure separately through WordPress’s privacy tools.

Website chat with Prizmo

The Prizmo chat on our public pages is an AI assistant. When you send a message, your message, the recent conversation and the page you are viewing are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. Provider security and retention policies apply. Please do not share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat. The conversation is kept in your browser for your visit; our website does not save it unless you ask us to contact you.

If you ask us to contact you, or use the details form inside the chat, we store your name, contact details, what you need help with and the recent conversation as a submission and email them to our team so we can reply. These records are handled like our other contact form submissions. AI replies can be incorrect and are not a review of your accounts or website.

1. Introduction

This policy explains what information PulseGrid Digital collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website. It does not cover information handled inside a client's own advertising or analytics accounts, which is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

2. Information We Collect

We collect two broad categories of information:

• Information you give us — what you type into a form on this site.
• Information collected automatically — technical data generated when your browser requests a page.

We do not knowingly collect special-category information such as health, biometric, religious or political data through this website.

3. Information Submitted Through Forms

This site has three forms: contact, free audit request, and career application. Depending on the form, we collect:

• Name, email address and phone number.
• Country and city.
• Business industry, website address and the services you would like reviewed.
• For applications: location, position of interest, LinkedIn and portfolio links, an uploaded CV and any message you write.
• Marketing attribution values (such as campaign parameters, the page you landed on and the referring site) captured in hidden fields.

Form submissions are stored in the website database and emailed to team@pulsegrid.org.

4. Technical Information

Our hosting infrastructure records standard request data, which may include IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps. This is used for security, troubleshooting and understanding site performance.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site may use:

• Essential cookies — required for the site to function, including security and form handling.
• Analytics cookies — to understand how the site is used in aggregate.
• Advertising cookies — where advertising measurement tools are installed.

6. Analytics

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls and restrictions on file uploads. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
